No one can touch iRex. I am almost amazed how far ahead they are of the competition. Having said all of this I don't understand why iRex chooses to leave the customer behind. Does iRex believe sales will never be hurt with non existent customer service. Does iRex believe ignoring email requests for service or assistance is good for business? How can a company that offers breakthrough products fall completely short in customer service.
